L'Authentique: a must-try, with our creamy hummus accompanied by fresh and crispy falafels. The melting texture of the hummus blends with the crunchiness of the falafels, creating a perfect harmony that delights the taste buds from the first bite.
Le Volailler: a savory and spicy blend of chicken thighs and gizzards, tenderly simmered to deliver an explosion of flavors. The combination of creamy hummus and spices makes it a unique gastronomic experience, between melting and crunchy.
The Butcher: juicy beef keftas, subtly enhanced by cooking in duck fat. This rich and generous dish gives pride of place to the meat, while remaining balanced thanks to the sweetness of the hummus.
Le Jardinier: a delicious ratatouille of eggplant and peppers, simmered in a homemade tomato sauce seasoned with harissa. This vegetarian dish is completed with a soft-boiled egg, whose runny yolk adds a touch of indulgence to each bite.
Le Marinier: squid in chickpea breading, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, enhanced by a spicy coriander pesto. A real invitation to discover the flavors of the sea, while remaining faithful to our Mediterranean spirit.
